“Productivity” or “Babysteps”

I had an amazingly/hellishly busy Remembrance Day weekend. Once a few medical appointments were out of the way (There is not the medical infrastructure up here in the Great Northern Peninsula that we would like), I was able to secure several meetings and lay the groundwork for my future in this wonderful new organization. Unfortunately, much of Thursday and the following Tuesday had been a wash due to travel up and down the coast, but I managed to get several meetings out of the way on Friday, Monday and over the weekend.

“ROAD TRIP!” or “Wagons South…?”

So we’re coming up on the long weekend, and what better opportunity for myself and Sarah to get some appointments out of the way while we’re down in the beautiful Humber Valley. To make matters even more convenient, the extra time we’ll be down in that neck of the woods will be an ideal time for me to sort out some people for the teams of sales agents, vendors and manufacturing groups in the area. It’s win-win, really.

Okay, so here I am, your friendly neighborhood Operations Manager. I have been feverishly stumbling in my effort to find my stride for the past week, since our first board meeting. I think it’s coming along, as are the PR Kits for our current project, the Hand-Made Holiday Wreaths.
